Lovely Complex

Summary: Otani Atsushi is a boy who is way shorter then average. Koizumi Risa is a girl who is way taller then average. Both of them have been rejected after they confessed, due to their heights (Otani for being shorter then the girl, Koizumi for being taller then the guy). So they both make up their minds to only like people shorter and taller then them, respectively. Although they share the same weird interests, and get along well, together, they look utterly comical. Does height matter?

Review: This was okay, I guess, it didn't deeply annoy me or anything. Neither was it sooo great that I feel the urge to rave about it. And they fit three years into a single movie so that was kinda strange and it felt cramped as well. However it DID have its funny moments, and was reasonably amusing to watch.

It was so funny, when during the fireworks, Risa confessed to Otani and he took it as a joke and laughed, the densest guy indeed! It was even more hilarious when he didn't get it when she said that she was crying because the guy whom she confessed to laughed it off as a joke. HE looked all shocked and asked her whether he should go and talk to the guy. -__-' And even when she said that the guy was right in front of her he looked blank for a minute. *rofl*

And it was sooo cute when he had to reach up on tiptoes to kiss her at the end.

The manga was waaay better though(the part I read of it anyway), since this did NOT have a LOT of the awww soooo cute scenes which were in the manga. But I expect they cannot fit 17 volumes into a single movie...

Note: I thought Muzishima Hiro (Namba-sempai from Hanakimi *_*) would play a bigger role in this since he is so anorexic bishie, but he just plays a geek, which is amusing to watch too I guess.
