His brother happens to be a structural engineer who happened to ghost write (or draw or design or whatever) the plans for the prison. First of all whats up with involving the doctor to open the door to the infirmary. I mean we are talking about NINE fairly strong men. Don't you think that maybe they could break the door down? I mean yes in the episode with the riot the rioters couldn't. But ONLY because the doctor was there poking needles into the people who put their hands in through the door. Am sure they would have managed perfectly fine in the dead of the night.
Also Dr.whose-name-I-cant-spell overdosing. I mean it was over a GUY. Geez woman. I mean yes, I do realize that the doctor was an addict before and stuff. But if she had to revert back wouldn't it be more logical if that happened after the fate-worse-than-death-escape at the riot? That has to be trauma right? For crying out loud, she overdosed over a guy. Love is so overrated. -__-'
Also during the riot, there were surveillance camera's in the doctors room. Yet no one spotted any of the guys while they were waiting for the elevator to yank the window out among other situations. And not enough security cameras in a maximum security prison? Which age do we live in anyway?-__-'
Another thing I found interesting was the way the cell mates of certain escapees seemingly vanished (in a closed cell mind you) when they were planting fertilizer among and other things on their bunks to get rid of the smell for the police dogs.
What was the strangest was Scofield's tattoo. Yes I know its a make up process yada yada. Okay here's the deal. If my memory serves me correctly in one of the episodes Scofield burns his right shoulder on the pipe in the sewers (or ventilation or pipes or whatever) and he loses a critical part of his blueprints. So in another episode he makes Haywire draw them for him. Haywire draws an angel and his wings or something along those lines. But in the prison break opening credits on his right shoulder there is a demon or something. ~_~?

Anyway. I like this show a lot. It's interesting and intriguing in a way. All the characters are fascinating in their own ways. And it also helps that the main character is a genius AND a total hottie. (please note that I said CHARACTER. which means I just commented on Michael Scofield not Wentworth Miller [the guy who plays Scofield] who incidentally, is gay. So there is no reason for you to go "aww lilac finally has a crush on an actor" okay? -__-')

Quotes: (Didn't note down any while I watched it so on to google!)
Michael: When I was young, I couldn't sleep at night because I thought there was a monster in the closet. But my brother told me there wasn't anything in the closet but fear. And fear wasn't real. He said it wasn't made of anything, it was just- air... not even there. H said you just have to face it. You just have to open that door, and the monster would disappear.
Sara: Your brother sounds like a smart man.
Michael: He is... In here, though, you face your fear, you open that door... and there's 100 more doors behind it. And the monsters that are hiding behind them... are all real.
***
John Abruzzi: We could cut off all his limbs, he still wouldn't talk. Pain's not the answer here. Maybe the Beatles were right. Maybe all you need is love.***
Michael: You kept it.Sara: Kept what?
Michael: The flower.
Sara: Well, I'm a packrat. I never throw anything out.
Michael: *looks around the spotless infirmary* Yeah, well this clutter. It's... overwhelming.
***
Michael: It’s just math.Sucre: What if your math is wrong?
Michael: You’ll drill into one of a dozen gas lines behind the wall. There’ll be an explosion and we’ll be burned alive.
Sucre: But you’re good at math, right?
***
Sucre: What's another word for love?Michael: What's the context?
Sucre: You know, the I love you so much I ain't never knocking over a liquor store again kind of context, except but you know, classy.

Note: The DVD box says "Most men would do anything to get out of prison. Michael Scofield would do anything he can to get in." Didn't any of you guys find this strange considering that the whole point of the show is Scofield and his brother getting OUT of prison. Scofield gets INTO the prison easily enough in the very first episode of the show for crying out loud! *pfft*

I remember Sucre's 'Hookers Law', man that one was hilarious! Lol! *wipes tears of mirth*
i like the overall escape plan except for the last part about the door that needs to be opened. why not just break it? :P
Dude, this was the BEST. When he's in a life-threatening situation it seems so realistic, I survived only by assuring myself; "It's OK, Noora, there's a third season, he can't die NOW" and breathe in deeply.
I loved him so much! Kyaaaa!!!
